Incluído no plano de preparação da Selecção Nacional Sub18 Masculinos para o Campeonato da Europa 2011, vai a referida Selecção efectuar um estágio de observação de 26 a 30 de Dezembro.
Local escolhido foi Centro de Estagio do Jamor. Este estágio tem em vista a participação da referida selecção no Campeonato da Europa – Divisão B, que no próximo ano se disputa na Bulgária (Varna). O Seleccionador Nacional Carlos Seixas e o Treinador-adjunto Raul Santos convocaram os seguintes 15 atletas:

A FIBA Europa anunciou recentemente os países e as respectivas cidades que vão acolher os Campeonatos da Europa para os escalões jovens, no verão do próximo ano. O sorteio dos grupos será realizado no próximo mês de Janeiro.
