Minicesto é o evento de minibásquete, que de forma ininterrupta há mais anos se realiza em Portugal. Fundada em 16 de Dezembro de 1977, a então novel Associação da Madeira organizou em Setembro de 1981 a primeira edição deste evento.
Desde então nunca a Associação de Basquetebol da Madeira deixou de realizar este evento.
Se fizéssemos a história deste Torneio, certamente que encontraríamos, muitas figuras do basquetebol madeirense e nacional que desde 1981 passaram por este evento que é indubitavelmente uma referência no universo do minibásquete.
A edição deste ano vai decorrer de 27 de Junho a 2 de Julho de 2019. Se quiser participar neste evento e aproveitar e conhecer a ilha, que foi eleita em 2018 o "Melhor Destino Insular do Mundo" pelos World Travel Awards, contacte a Associação pelo email
